Which Law of Attraction Technique is the Best?

Hey there, girlie! Are you ready to take your law of attraction game to the next level? Great, because today we’re talking about the ultimate guide to which Law of Attraction technique is best for you!

There are a ton of different techniques out there.  That’s why in this post, we’re going to focus on some specific techniques that have been tried and true for many manifesters. We’re talking about the 369 manifestation method, the 55×5 method, and more!

We’ll cover everything from understanding the law of attraction to choosing the right technique for your goals.

Let’s get started!

Law of Attraction techniques

What is the Law of Attraction?

Alright, let’s start with the basics – what exactly is the law of attraction? Simply put, it’s the idea that like attracts like. What you put out into the universe is what you’ll get back.

So, if you’re constantly thinking negative thoughts and focusing on what you don’t want, guess what? You’re going to attract more negativity into your life.

On the other hand, if you focus on positivity and what you do want, you’ll start to attract more of that into your life.

But here’s the thing – it’s not just about thinking positive thoughts and calling it a day. You have to put in the work, too. That’s where specific Law of Attraction techniques come into play. By using certain techniques, you can help train your brain to focus on what you want and attract more of it into your life.

Popular Law of Attraction Techniques:

The 369 Manifestation Method

The 369 manifestation method was popularized by spiritual teacher and author, Dr. Joe Dispenza. The method involves writing down what you want to manifest three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening, for 21 days straight.

The idea is that this repetition helps to train your brain to focus on what you want and attract more of it into your life.

The 55×5 Method

The 55×5 method involves writing down what you want to manifest 55 times a day for five days in a row.  Yeah, you read that right – 55 times per day.

The repetition is similar to the 369 method but with a shorter time commitment. The idea behind this method is that writing down your desires repeatedly helps to program your subconscious mind in a short timeframe to focus on what you want.

Visualization

Visualization is a powerful law of attraction technique that involves imagining yourself already having what you want. The idea is that by visualizing yourself already having what you desire, you’re sending a signal to the universe that you’re ready to receive it.

To practice visualization, simply close your eyes and picture yourself already having what you want. Get specific and try to feel the emotions that come with having what you desire.

Use your senses: as you’re seeing yourself living out your manifestation, what are you smelling?  Like maybe the sweet smell of fresh fruit from the tropical resort you’re staying at.  What do you feel?  Maybe the slight warm breeze of the beach against your bare skin.  What are you hearing?  The rustling of palm tree leaves in the breeze?

Visualization is a popular Law of Attraction technique

Get specific like that and really feel like you’re there!

Gratitude Practices

Gratitude practices involve focusing on what you’re grateful for in your life. The idea behind this technique is that by focusing on what you already have, you’ll attract more abundance into your life.

To practice gratitude, simply make a list of things you’re grateful for each day. You can try writing 5 things you’re grateful for either in the morning or just before you go to bed.  As you write each one, stop for a second and think about how blessed you are to have that thing or person in your life.  Let yourself really feel the happiness and thankfulness you have for the things on your list.

Scripting

Scripting involves writing down what you want to manifest as if it’s already happened.  It’s like visualization but in written form.  The idea is that by writing down your desires in a specific way, you’re programming your subconscious mind to focus on what you want.

To practice scripting, write down what you want to manifest in the present tense as if it’s already happened. Like writing a diary or journal entry describing your day or week.  Get as specific as possible and really try to feel the emotions that come with having what you desire.

Which Law of Attraction Technique is Best for You?

All of the above manifesting techniques are great, so how do you know which one is perfect for your goals and personality?  Here are some extra tips to help you decide which Law of Attraction technique is best for you:

Start with your intuition

Sometimes, the best way to choose a Law of Attraction technique is simply to follow your intuition. Take a moment to think about the different techniques above, and see which one resonates with you the most

If you feel drawn to a particular technique, go with it! Trusting your intuition can help you choose a technique that aligns with your unique energy.

Try out different techniques

While it’s great to follow your intuition, it’s also important to try out different techniques and see what works best for you. Some people may find that visualization is the most effective technique, while others may prefer scripting or gratitude practices.

Don’t be afraid to experiment and try out different techniques until you find the one that feels right for you.

Match the technique to your goals

When choosing a Law of Attraction technique, it’s important to think about what you want to manifest. Different techniques may work better for different goals.

For example, visualization may be the best technique for manifesting a specific job or relationship, while gratitude practices may be more effective for attracting abundance and general happiness.

Think about your goals and choose a technique that aligns with what you want to manifest.

Match the technique with your personality

In addition to considering your goals, it’s also important to choose a technique that aligns with your personality. Are you a visual person who likes to imagine things in your mind? Or do you prefer writing things down and focusing on details?

Choosing a technique that fits your personality can make it easier to stick with and see results.  If you hate writing, then don’t try to force yourself to do scripting every day!

Combine techniques

Finally, the best method, and my personal favorite – you can combine different techniques into one practice!

For example, you could start your day with a gratitude practice, followed by visualization and scripting.

Combining techniques can help you create a powerful daily practice that aligns with your unique energy and goals. Plus, it’s fun!  And having fun with it raises our vibration and makes manifesting easier – it’s a win-win!

Remember, the key to success with the law of attraction is consistency and dedication. Find a technique that resonates with you and make it a daily habit. With practice, you’ll become a manifesting pro in no time!

Manifesting with Law of Attraction techniques

Everyone’s manifesting practice is unique to them, and it’s important to find a routine that works for you.

Here’s an example of my personal practice that incorporates different Law of Attraction techniques:

  • Daily, I use my Self-Care Manifestation journal and start my day with gratitude and some visualization as I meditate on what I’m manifesting.
  • I then use the journal throughout the day to use the 369 manifestation method.
  • And then sometimes, when I have a big goal, I’ll also use my Thank You, Universe workbook for the 55×5 method, or I’ll do scripting method for a moon cycle in addition to my daily journal.

I hope my practice shows how you can combine different techniques into one practice. Starting your day with gratitude and visualization can help you set the tone for a positive and productive day, while using the 369 manifestation method throughout the entire day can help you stay focused on your goals.

Then using the 55×5 method or scripting method can be a powerful way to amplify your manifestations when you’re working on something big.

Remember, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to the law of attraction. The most important thing is to find a routine that resonates with you and that you can stick with consistently.

So experiment with different techniques and find what works best for you, and don’t be afraid to combine different techniques into one practice.

Overcoming Common Manifesting Challenges

While the Law of Attraction can be a powerful tool for manifesting your dreams, it’s not always easy to practice successfully. So I wanted to add some tips to the end of this post for overcoming common challenges that you might encounter when practicing a law of attraction technique:

Lack of Belief

If you struggle with believing in the Law of Attraction or the technique you’re using, try starting with small manifestations. For example, if you’re using the 369 manifestation method, try manifesting a free cup of coffee or a positive interaction with a stranger.

As you start to see these small manifestations come to fruition, your belief in the Law of Attraction will grow.

Staying Consistent

It can be challenging to stay consistent with a Law of Attraction practice, especially if you have a busy schedule. One way to overcome this challenge is to incorporate your practice into your daily routine.

For example, if you’re using the gratitude practice technique, make a habit of writing down three things you’re grateful for every morning before you start your day.  Keep your journal on the table beside your bed, and write them before you get out of bed in the morning.

Negative Self-Talk

Negative self-talk can be a major obstacle when practicing any manifestation method. Remember that our thoughts create our reality, and negative self-talk can block us from manifesting our goals.

Replacing negative self-talk with positive affirmations is a powerful manifesting technique

So to combat negative self-talk, you can try using affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that can help reprogram your mind and replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

Here are some examples of affirmations that can help combat negative self-talk:

  • “I am worthy of abundance and success.”
  • “I attract positive experiences and opportunities.”
  • “I trust that the universe is working in my favor.”
  • “I release all limiting beliefs and embrace my true potential.”

Repeat these affirmations daily, and whenever you catch yourself thinking a negative thought, stop and replace it with a positive affirmation. Over time, you’ll start to notice a shift in your mindset and a greater sense of positivity and abundance in your life.

In this guide, we’ve explored some of the most popular Law of Attraction methods, including the 369 manifestation method, the 55×5 method, visualization, gratitude practices, and scripting. We’ve also covered how to choose which Law of Attraction technique is best for your goals and personality, as well as how to overcome common challenges like negative self-talk.

Remember, the key to success with any law of attraction technique is consistency, belief, and a positive attitude. It’s important to try different techniques and see what works best for you, and to approach your practice with an open mind and a willingness to learn and grow.

Whether you choose to incorporate affirmations, meditation, or other techniques into your practice, remember that you have the power to manifest your desires and create the life of your dreams!
