⭐Create a dedicated space for your spiritual practice, whether it’s a cozy corner of your bedroom or a quiet spot in your living room.  I have a corner of my home office dedicated to my daily spiritual routine, and each morning when I walk into my office, I see it and it’s my cue to take a few minutes before I begin my workday to get centered and connect to the universe.

⭐Keep your journal and affirmations in a visible and accessible place, like on your nightstand or in your work bag.

⭐Use reminders like phone alarms or sticky notes, to prompt you to practice affirmations or journaling throughout the day.  I like using the Fabulous App to prompt me to do my morning and evening rituals.

⭐Be flexible and adapt to changes in your schedule, so you can still make time for your spiritual practice.  It doesn’t have to be done at the exact same time every day.  I’m a major perfectionist (hi, Virgo here), so this in itself is a good personal growth practice for me, lol.

⭐Don’t be too hard on yourself if you miss a day or forget to practice – simply pick up where you left off the next day (again, perfectionism is the enemy of progress.  I’m typing this more as an affirmation to myself.)
