🌙Set your intention: Before you start, take a moment to set your intention for the cleansing. Whether it’s to release negative energy, invite in positive energy, or simply create a peaceful space, be clear about what you want to achieve.

🌙Open your windows: It’s important to let the smoke and energy flow out of your space, so open your windows before you begin.

🌙Light your tool: Whether you’re using sage, palo santo, or incense, light the tip and let it burn for a few seconds before blowing it out.
