Try choosing a crystal that resonates with you and your intentions.  Want to amplify your energy? Grab a clear quartz. Need some grounding vibes? Use black tourmaline.  The possibilities are endless.

2- Wear crystal jewelry

When it comes to crystal jewelry, the options are as diverse as your unique energy. You can wear crystal bracelets, necklaces, or earrings. It’s like wearing a little piece of positivity that resonates with your intentions.

Before diving in, let’s ensure our crystals are pure and ready. Use your preferred cleansing method – be it moonlight, sunlight, or a quick sage cleanse.

3. Find Your Sacred Space:

Select a quiet and undisturbed space to create your crystal grid. It could be your meditation corner or a place where you feel connected to the universe.

4. Place a Clear Quartz at the Center:

Position a clear quartz crystal in the center of your space. This crystal acts as the powerhouse, amplifying your intention and connecting with the higher realms.  You can use another crystal instead of clear quartz, but I like clear quartz for its amplifying strength.

5. Surround with Crystals:

Create a circle around the clear quartz using your other crystals. Let your intuition guide you wherever you think they should be placed, or you can use a crystal grid template.

6. Activate Your Grid:

Hold the crystal that resonates with your intention in your hand or place it on your body. For example, you can cradle amethyst in your palm for a calming effect or lay selenite on your chest or forehead to promote spiritual connection.

Here are some suggestions for crystals you can put in different areas of your home. Of course, these are just suggestions, and if you feel called to a certain crystal, follow your intuition!

Living Room: Rose Quartz for Love and Harmony

Place rose quartz in the living room to foster love and harmony among family members. A rose quartz cluster or a bowl of tumbled stones can radiate gentle, heart-centered energy.

Bedroom: Amethyst for Serenity

Enhance the tranquility of your bedroom with amethyst. Position a large amethyst cluster on your nightstand or place amethyst points around the room to promote restful sleep and peaceful dreams.

I have a small amethyst organite pyramid that I sit on the shelf of my headboard to help me have restful sleep.

Home Office: Clear Quartz for Clarity

Boost mental clarity and focus in your home office by incorporating clear quartz. A clear quartz crystal or cluster on your desk can help create a conducive environment for productivity and clear thinking.


Kitchen: Citrine for Abundance

Infuse your kitchen with the energy of abundance by placing citrine near the stove or on the dining table. This sunny crystal is believed to attract prosperity and positive vibes to the heart of your home.

Entrance: Black Tourmaline for Protection

Welcome protection and ward off negative energy at the entrance by placing black tourmaline near the front door. This crystal acts as a shield, ensuring only positive energy enters your home.

Children’s Room: Fluorite for Focus

Create a focused and calm environment in your children’s room with fluorite. This crystal is thought to enhance concentration and mental clarity. You can place a fluorite pyramid or tumbled stones on their study desk.

So much self-care happens in the bathroom.  Aventurine is associated with luck, abundance, and emotional well-being. 7-  Keep a Gratitude Crystal

One of my favorite personal practices is to have a gratitude crystal.  You can use citrine, clear quartz, pyrite, or any other crystal that represents abundance to you.

Hold your crystal in your hands and infuse it with your intentions. Express your gratitude for what you have and set the tone for abundance. 

Personal note: I use a fairy stone for my own practice.  Fairy stones are native to Canada (my home) and can help connect with animal spirits and the higher realm.  Also called goddess stones, they’re a very grounding and protecting stone (big Mother Earth/earth goddess type energy).

My fairy stone sits on the altar I have in my home office when I’m not carrying it around.  I use it in my daily mindset routine, and I set it on my nightstand at bedtime.  It’s the one crystal that I always make sure I have with me!
