If you’re constantly worrying about not having enough money, for example, you’re putting out a vibration of lack and scarcity. This will only attract more lack and scarcity into your life. Instead, try to focus on abundance and gratitude for what you already have, and watch as more abundance flows your way.

The Law of Attraction gets a bad rep that it’s just wishful thinking and that you can simply think your way into anything you want. While positive thinking is a big part of the law of attraction, it’s not the only part. You also need to take inspired action towards your goals and let go of any resistance or attachment to the outcome. It’s about finding balance and alignment between your thoughts, emotions, and actions.

When setting intentions and goals, it’s important to be specific and clear. Vague or general intentions won’t give the universe a clear direction on what you want. Instead, get hyperspecific on what you truly desire and write it down in detail. This will help you focus your thoughts and emotions towards your desired outcome.

Another important aspect of setting intentions and goals is to focus on what you want, not what you don’t want. For example, instead of focusing on “not being broke,” focus on abundance and financial freedom. The universe responds to your energy and vibration, so make sure you’re putting out positive and specific intentions.

Lastly, remember to stay open to unexpected opportunities and detours on your journey towards your goals. Sometimes the universe has a different path in store for you, and it’s important to trust the process and stay open to new possibilities.

Womb breathing is a powerful self-love practice that can help you connect with your femininity, honor your menstrual cycle, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-love and appreciation for your body. You don’t need to have a physical uterus if you want to connect with your inner femininity either. 

Here’s how to practice womb breathing:

Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down. You can do this practice anywhere, but it’s best to find a quiet space where you can focus on your breath.

Place one hand on your heart and the other hand on your lower abdomen, just below your navel. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Begin to focus on your lower abdomen, also known as your womb space. As you inhale, visualize your breath flowing into your womb space and filling it with love and light. As you exhale, visualize any tension or negative emotions leaving your body.

Continue to breathe in this way, imagine your uterus expanding and contracting with each breath. This can be a powerful way to connect with your femininity and honor your menstrual cycle.  (If you don’t have a physical womb, imagine the space within yourself full of green or white light.  See it expand and contract with your breath).

Take as many breaths as you need to feel calm and centered. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and take a few moments to reflect on how you feel.  You can do this small ritual each morning before getting out of bed, or whenever it feels right for you.

By practicing womb breathing, you’re sending a message to yourself that you value your body and your femininity. This can help boost your self-love and appreciation for your body, and help you connect with your inner self on a deeper level.

Treat yourself 

Indulge in a small treat each day, like a favorite snack or a cup of tea. This can be a simple way to show yourself some love and appreciation.

Take a dance class (or find tons of free ones on YouTube to get a feel for what you like), or try a new craft you’ve always been curious about (again, YouTube is your friend for free videos to explore your creative options). You might be surprised at what you discover about yourself.

Also, setbacks can actually be a sign of progress! Yes, you read that right. Sometimes, when we’re trying to manifest something big, our subconscious mind can start to freak out a bit. It thinks it’s trying to protect us from potential failure or disappointment.

But, the truth is, setbacks are often a sign that we’re stretching ourselves and pushing past our comfort zones. So, next time you encounter a setback, try reframing it as a sign of progress.

A personal example that I can give is when I was setting up my first blog.  I bought the domain from another provider, so I had to transfer it over to the provider that I was buying my hosting from.  Well, something went wrong and the transfer was going to take longer than it should have, so I found myself having to wait two weeks before I could start working on my website.

I had never had a blog before, and I knew I was stepping into unknown territory.  This setback could have made me feel frustrated, and it did at first, but then I changed my perspective and saw it as an opportunity to work on extra content.  So then by the time I was able to get my blog up on the Internet, I had a couple extra blog posts ready to go, which made keeping up with my posting schedule so much easier.

To keep a positive mindset, you have to practice self-care, surround yourself with positive influences, and tune out negativity. Keep a gratitude journal, meditate, or spend time in nature to recharge your batteries and align your energy. Stay motivated and focused by visualizing your goals and affirming your belief in your ability to achieve them.

And celebrate your successes, no matter how small they may seem! Acknowledge your progress, and pat yourself on the back for your efforts.  This will boost your confidence and inspire you to keep going. 

Growth is a journey, not a destination. Cheesy I know, but it’s true.
